Client Portal v1.2 Release Notes

Release Date: August 29, 2024
Includes UX enhancements to make it easier to navigate the portal and find relevant information and actions quickly and updates email notifications.

  • See Which Account You are Logged In For
    • Easily see which account you are logged in to and ensure you are looking at the right information
  • Super Admin Role
    • Allows approved team members to navigate between different accounts
  • User Management Updates
    • Ability to Deactivate Users
    • See "Last Login" for each user in the portal
  • Actions
    • "Cancel Transfer" and "Resend Payout Email" actions now available on Dashboard Action Center
    • "Cancel Transfer" and "Resend Payout Email" actions now available on Payout Details Page
  • Email Updates
    • Automated Reminder Email
      • When enabled, an email will automatically be sent to a recipient 7 days before a payout is set to expire
    • Duplicate Emails Sent to Ops Team
      • When a failure status triggers an email to a recipient, a copy of that email will automatically be sent to the operations team
    • Email confirmation / receipt will show pickup location for "Cash Pickup" payouts
  • Filter and Search Updates
    • Filter Payouts by Currency Code
    • Search Payouts by Currency Code
    • Additional Look Back Options for "Errors" Batches Dropdown

    • Portal Logo updated to "Latitude by Brightwell"
    • Log In Screen updated to "Brightwell" logo and branding
    • "Reset Password" now available in "My Account" menu
