Client Portal v1.3 Release Notes

Includes enhancements to allow audit tracking, more granular date filtering, tooltips on payout statuses to provide additional information and the ability to directly view e-receipts and a list of invalid batch upload records

  • Comprehensive audit trail for tracking all user actions performed in the client portal
    • View a list of timestamped records of when a payout was canceled or an email was resent
    • View change history on an individual payout
    • View change history over a selected time frame
    • Filter change history by actions performed
  • View e-receipts of completed recipient transfers on transfer detail page
    • Admins are able to view the same e-receipt that users are sent after submitting a payout to help provide better support in the event that any questions or issues arise
  • Date range selection for more granular data visibility
    • View payouts that were created within a selected date range
  • Download list of invalid records from imported batches to make it easy to identify which need to be re-uploaded
    • When a batch has records that were invalid, admins can download a list of the invalid records to more easily identify what needs to be fixed and re-uploaded
  • Enable Latitude emails to have a custom “from name” and “reply-to” email address
    • Set a custom email address so users know who they are receiving a message from and so they can reach support more quickly if they have an issue
  • Status popovers to provide clarity about what each payout status means
    • Hover over a status to see a definition and a link to Latitude's developer documentation for additional information
