Client Portal v1.5 Release Notes (Reissue Payouts)

Release Date: February 27, 2025
This release adds the ability for admins to reissue payouts directly from the client portal. Payouts that have one of the following statuses can be reissued via the Client Portal instead of having to be created and re-sent via batch file or API: Expired, Failed to Send, Failed to Process.

  • Reissue Payouts will be available on the following sections of the portal:
    • Dashboard Action Center
    • Payouts Listing
    • Payout Details
  • Notes for Reissued Payouts:
    • Reissued payouts will have all of the same details as the original payout​
    • When a payout is reissued, the original will be "archived" to prevent any duplicate payouts​
    • No actions can be taken on an archived payout
  • Change History
    • Whenever a payout is reissued, an entry will be logged in the change history pages of the portal
  • Payouts Archive
    • This section will allow users to view payouts that have been archived
