Latitude v4.3.6 Release Notes

  • Release Date: December 10, 2025
  • Email 2FA (Can be enabled upon request)
    • 2FA Email Verification
      • When latitude recipients click on their link to submit a payout they will see a screen asking them to enter a verification code that is sent to the email on file
  • New Latitude Emails (Can be enabled upon request)
    • 24 Hr Reminder Email
      • Recipients will receive an email reminder 24 hours before their payout expires
    • Cancelation Email
      • Recipients will receive a confirmation email when their payout has been canceled
    • Failed / Reversed Email
      • Recipients will receive an email letting them know there was an issue with their payout after it was submitted
    • Expired Email
      • Recipients will receive an email letting them know their payout has expired
  • Admin Portal
    • Display Payee ID on Payout Detail Page
    • Finance User Role
      • This will have similar permissions to the "admin" role, but won't be able to invite other users to the admin portal
    • Enable CSV Export for User Listing Page
      • Admins now have the ability to export a list of the current users in their admin portal instance Add total Sender Paid to transfer Details
    • Make emails Not Case Sensitive for Login
      • Will prevent issues caused by admins inviting portal users with emails that have different casing (ie: JSmith@... and jsmith@ should both be recognized which wasn't the case before)
    • Remove Ability to "Reissue Payouts" on "Canceled" Payouts
      • "Canceled" will now be treated as an end state to prevent accidentally reissuing a payout that may have been covered via a check
    • SSO Updates (Automatically update role / permissions)
      • Allows for two way sync between a client's SSO setup and the admin portal so that updates are reflected Other
  • Additional UX Updates
    • Embedded Experience: Persistent "Return to Dashboard" button is now visible to help users navigate the experience
    • Latitude: Phone numbers should default to the country code associated with the selected country
