Reissue Payouts
Payouts that have one of the following statuses can be reissued via the Client Portal instead of having to be created and re-sent via batch file or API:
- Expired
- Failed to Send (See a full list of Latitude Statuses here)
- Failed to Process (See a full list of Latitude Statuses here)
- Canceled (See a full list of Latitude Statuses here)
*NOTE: Reissuing payouts is not available for payouts with a status of "pending", "submitted" or "completed"
Reissue Payouts Notes
- Reissued Payouts will have all of the same details as the original payout
- When a payout is reissued, the original will be "archived" to prevent any duplicate payouts
- No actions can be taken on an archived payout
Reissue Payout Action
The "Reissue Payouts" action is available in the following areas of the portal:
- "Payouts Recently Expired Tab" on the Dashboard:

- Payouts listing page (available only for payouts with the below statuses):
- Expired

- Canceled (See a full list of Latitude Statuses here)

- Payout detail page (available only for payouts with the below statuses):
- Expired

Reissue Payout Confirmation Modal
Reissued Payouts will have the same details as the original payout and a note can be added to provide context on why a payout is being reissued.

- Once the payout is successfully reissued, it will have a new reference ID and expiration date. The new payout will display on the payouts listing page with a status of "pending."

Reissued Payout
Reissued payouts will automatically be added to the payouts listing page with a status of "pending" and provide a link back to the payout from which it was reissued.

Archived Payout
When a payout is reissued, the original will be "archived" to prevent any duplicate payouts (no action can be taken on a payout with a status of "archived"):

A new entry is added to the change history page for an "archived" payout to show that a reissue occurred:
