How It Works

Log In With Existing Credentials / SSO

Recipients can log in with their existing credentials or via SSO so that they don't have to manage a separate login

Header & Footer

Latitude's default header is hidden on all pages within the embedded experience to create a more unified brand view

Latitude's default footer with disclaimer information will still be visible:

Payouts Listing Page

After logging in, recipients will see a landing page displaying all payout / refund links associated with their userID

Recipient User ID

userID will be a new field that is added either via the file ingest process or API

• Any payouts that were created with that userID will show under the same user's profile
• Previously claimed payouts will show on this page as well
• Recipients can view receipts for previous payouts

NOTE: The first time a recipient goes through the collection process, they will need to accept terms and conditions in order to proceed.
