Prefunding Acount Low Balance Notifications

Overview

The Pre-funding Account Balance section on the Dashboard provides a real-time view of your account's funding status. The system includes a series of failsafe alerts that are triggered when your pre-funding balance falls below certain thresholds relative to your current liabilities. These alerts are designed to help you avoid disruptions to payout processing.

The balance display includes:

  • Current Balance – The total amount currently in your pre-funding account (USD)
  • Current Balance After Liabilities – The projected balance after all pending payouts are accounted for
  • Pending Payouts – The total value of payouts that have not yet been redeemed

Note: The timestamp below the section header indicates when the balance was last updated. This section can be hidden if you prefer not to display the pre-funding balance on the dashboard.

Alert Scenarios

Healthy Balance

When the current balance after liabilities is above your set threshold, no alert is displayed and the balance bar is shown in purple/blue. Payouts will process normally.

Low Balance – Balance After Liabilities Below Threshold

This warning is triggered when the current balance after liabilities drops below your configured threshold, but your current balance still exceeds your total liabilities.

New payouts will be blocked, but this state is recoverable by adding funds.

Example: Current balance of $82,814.72 with $10,594.25 in pending payouts results in a balance after liabilities of $72,220.47 — below the $75,000 threshold.

Low Balance – Liabilities Exceed Current Balance`

This alert is triggered when your pending payouts exceed the current balance, resulting in a negative balance after liabilities. New payouts will be blocked until funds are added.

Example: Current balance of $25,814.72 with $26,594.25 in pending payouts results in a balance after liabilities of -$779.53.

Insufficient Funds – Balance Below Threshold (Has Balance After Liabilities)

This alert appears when the current balance is below the configured threshold, even if there is technically a positive balance after liabilities. Pending payouts cannot be claimed until funds are added.

Example: Current balance of $14,814.72 with $3,594.25 in pending payouts yields a balance after liabilities of $11,220.47 — but since the current balance itself is below the $15,000 threshold, new and pending payouts are blocked.

Insufficient Funds – No Balance After Liabilities

This is the most critical alert state. It is triggered when the current balance is below the threshold and liabilities exceed the available balance, resulting in a negative balance after liabilities. Both new and pending payouts are fully blocked.

Example: Current balance of $14,814.72 with $15,594.25 in pending payouts results in a balance after liabilities of -$1,679.90.

No Funds

When the current balance is $0.00, the account has no funds available and all payout activity is blocked.

Example: Current balance of $0.00 with $0.00 in pending payouts — no payouts can be processed until funds are added.
